Tirwedd is managed by a Board of Directors composed of five members:-
(All Directors live in the Nantlle Valley and three have involvement with other companies as Directors)
Mr. Thomas Leslie Jones (Chairman/Trustee) – former county councillor for the valley.
Dr. David Rhys Gwyn (Secretary) – an independent archeological consultant and a lecturer in heritage management at the University of Wales Bangor.
Dr. Gwynfor Pierce Jones (Treasurer/Trustee) – One of Wales’ leading industrial historians.
Ms. Janet Elizabeth Chips (Director/Trustee) – professional photographer
Mr. John Dilwyn Williams (Director/Trustee) – historian, archivist and University lecturer
